tangy-tomato soup

Ingredients:

4 ripe tomatoes
1 onion sliced
2 tsp chopped coriander
1 bay leaf
1 tsp pepper seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
5 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp fresh cream
2 cups water
salt and sugar totaste


Method:

Boil the tomatoes in water and make a puree out of them. in a pan heat butter and  add jeera,bay leaf, pepper and garlic. fry it for a minute and add onion, coriander when the onions turn pink add the tomato puree and boil it for5 minutes. now, strain the soup and keep it again for boiling. in the mean while add tomato sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt and sugar, and boil it until it thickens. serve hot with fresh cream.
