Ingredients:-
6 baby potatoes
1 tomatoe
1 onion sliced
1 cup tomato puree
8 cloves garlic crushed
1 cm ginger crushed
2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cm cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 cardamom
1 tsp jeera
1/2 cup chopped coriander
salt to taste
Method:-
boil the potatoes,peel the skin ,pierce it with spork and make holes in it, so that it can absorb all the masala,and keep it aside. in a pan heat oil, then add cinnamon,bay leaf, cardamom, jeera to flavour the oil. when the flavour comes add onion and fry till it turns pink, now add garlic and ginger andfry for a minute. now add tomato puree and when it starts boiling add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and boiled potatoes and cook for few minutes. garnish with coriander.
