Ingredients:-
4 cup maida
1 cup milk
2 tsp curd
1 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch baking soda
salt totaste
Method:-
mix maida,butter,salt,sugar,baking soda,curds and knead it intoa soft dough by using milk. cover the dough with wet mufflin cloth and keep it aside for 4-5hrs until it becomes pluffy. Take a medium sized ball and press it into a roti, now roll this roti into a roll and fold it such that it becomes an ball again. now again press this ball into a roti andcut into 2 halves. cook them separately in tandoor and sprinkle butter on them. serve hot with dal and subzi.
